The staff was friendly. the housekeeper kept my room clean and tidy. this year, each sun lounger on the beach has a qr code. i ordered drinks from the beach bar. They were delivered to my sun lounger. there was a wide selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks available.
the noise sometimes was too much, especially when other guests came back late at night and were very noisy.

The main restaurant features a wide range of choices for every meal. The service is great. a meal was available at the beach bar and restaurant even after regular lunch hours had ended. there was amazing variety of food.

The rooms are spacious. they are kept very clean by the hardworking staff. my room was kept tidy. i had no complaints. It was nice. the mattress was good, not too soft, not too hard.

The hotel has its own private beach. it offers loungers and a bar. the setting is wonderful. It has low accommodation blocks around a large wildlife lake and three outdoor swimming pools. there were multiple bars.

Our bags were taken upon arrival for comfortable check-in. it took only ten minutes to reach my attic room. the room had super silent air conditioning that worked even with the balcony door open. It had a sea view!?

constant droning noisy guest
the staff worked hard to keep the place clean.
I was really disappointed that the rooms were so noisy. our room was next to the air conditioning units. It was a constant droning. we moved, but then there was noise from the 24-hour patisserie and disco. other guests were loud at night too. It was difficult to sleep

FANTASTIC beach HOLIDAY experience

the food selection is immense and caters to EVERYONE'S tastes. the beach is right there so convenient. it has everything needed with all inclusive benefits. the beach bar is right there AND easily accessible.
I noticed reserved sunbeds early and left them unattended for hours. this made it difficult to find a place. the hotel should manage this issue better

i found the staff members to be really helpful and very cheerful. they really tried to. i appreciate their hard work and commitment to guest satisfaction. there was always someone AVAILABLE to assist.

the hotel offers AMAZING views and is conveniently located. it's close to many local attractions. the proximity to the sea with its own private beach IS a HUGE plus. access to nearby towns is easy.

hard mattress high noise
The hotel looked great at first glance, I will admit that. the mattress in my room was too hard for comfort. I asked for a solution, but it never came. This affected my sleep. the noise levels were high, with constant noise from entertainment and other guests. I couldn't relax properly, very disappointing.

quiet air conditioning beautiful view welcome package
The check-in process was quick. Our bags were taken directly to the room. The air conditioning worked well and was very quiet even when the balcony door was open. The room had a beautiful sea view. It also featured a welcome package with wine glasses and a heart-shaped cake.
The buffet food lacked variation.
